"We highly recommend using LaScala to cater your wedding (or other event)! We knew the food was delicious from eating at LaScala’s restaurants, and our decision to use them as our wedding caterer was solidified upon our initial meeting with Sammi-Jo. She is friendly, warm, accommodating and very knowledgeable about all things related to the wedding reception. She made herself very available to me all throughout the planning process, and our big day was a hit! Our guests loved the food, the servers were awesome, our maître d was super helpful all night, and Sammi-Jo made sure the space looked perfect and that the whole evening flowed well. One thing I will always remember – I went to have a teriyaki skewer with pineapple relish during cocktail hour and the pineapple relish spilled down the skirt of my dress. One of the servers from LaScala saw this happen and told me not to worry. Next thing I knew, the woman met me with club soda and a towel and she got the pineapple out of my dress. I was in awe of her kindness, to stop in the middle of everything to help me. That’s the kind of service LaScala offers. We 10/10 recommend using them for your wedding!!"
